SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping and Delivery

The Ecliptic ships to the continental US and Puerto Rico. Free shipping is offered for orders of $74.99 or more - no promotion code needed. For orders under the free shipping threshold, there is a delivery fee calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped via USPS with delivery between 5-7 business days. 

1. Processing 

Allow 5 to 7 business days for order processing. 

1. Tracking

We will send you an email when your order is dispatched, containing a tracking number and link. You will be able to track your order through all stages of the delivery process.

1. Cancellations

Once an order is placed no cancellations are accepted and no refund will be provided. Please make sure your address is correct at the time of checkout since we are unable to make changes to your address once the order has been shipped and no refund will be provided if the address is deemed wrong/invalid by the courier company during delivery.
