Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You are eligible for a return if the item received is not the item you ordered or if the item arrived with defects. Nonetheless, we are not responsible for damages occurred during transit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unsoiled and in their original condition and accompanied by its original packaging. 

We do not accept returns and/or exchanges in the following circumstances: 

  • Change of mind

  • Earrings due to hygiene purposes

  • Sets containing earrings

  • FINAL SALE items 

  • Chain breakage, damaged and faded products after the 3-day window. If the damage is noticed before the time limit, the case will be examined by our team before determination if it's eligible for a return or exchange. Kindly refer to our jewelry care guide for more details.

  • Damages caused by improper handling of the products

We DO NOT offer refunds; you will receive store credit that can be redeemed in a timeline of 7 business days. Excluding original shipping costs.  

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate and assess the issue. Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to earrings. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We can provide item exchanges if requested within our 3-day policy. The applicable item will be exchanged for an identical new item, or you can appeal for store credit with the same value as the product (without including shipping costs).

To start a return and/or exchange, you can contact us at the.ecliptic.jewelry@gmail.com. In the e-mail, please include a simple explanation of the situation in a clear manner. Our team will request a clear picture of the item which was received. Unclear images unfortunately will not be able to be used as a return assessment.  Please note that our Team is always happy to help, but also reserves the right to assess on a case by case basis, in line with our return/exchange policies. You will receive a Ticket Number upon submitting your request. Please keep this for reference. Our team will be in touch to guide you personally through the next steps on how to ship your item back to us.


Products that are returned are subject to evaluation and will not qualify for a refund or exchange if they do not meet the required conditions. 

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges apply. 


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
